Project: full renovation of the 120-year-old, uninhabitable house.
My scope of work included: creating a new floor plan, creating space for two new bathrooms, creating a new staircase (relocating the stairs) a new kitchen design, and a selection of all finishes, fixtures, some furniture, and art. Design outdoor living space.
