PHASE 1 - ONBOARDING
At Oracle Interiors, we value fostering strong connections with our clients, and our onboarding process lays the foundation for a collaborative and enjoyable design journey.
To start, we’ll invite you to schedule a brief 15-minute discovery call with Eva. This call is an opportunity for us to get to know you and your project better but also offers a glimpse into our design philosophy and approach, ensuring transparency right from the beginning.
PHASE 2 - CONCET DESIGN
We start by gathering essential background information and conducting detailed on-site measurements to create comprehensive plan. If needed, we assist with strata approval and building permits to ensure a smooth process.
Eva will craft a personalized design package tailored for your space and we present this personally, outlining a rough budget. This package serves as the foundation, ensuring everyone is aligned.
PHASE 3 - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
In this phase, we refine the design based on your feedback and regulatory considerations. We finalize layouts, select fixtures, furniture, finishes, and create detailed drawings. We also like to engage with a contractor early on so we can tailor the budget accordingly.
Finally, we conduct a sign-off meeting to review the budget and present the finalized design package. It’s all about making sure everyone knows their part, paving the way for a smooth project flow. Our aim is crystal-clear communication and understanding between our clients and trades, leading to a successful project.
PHASE 4 - IMPLEMENTATION
In this phase, we take care of all the details so you can relax. We handle furniture orders, oversee the site progress, and solve any on-the-spot issues. Once everything’s set, we arrange a fabulous photoshoot and the exciting reveal. We add those special touches, walk you through every space, and leave you with a complete project guide. After a final walkthrough with the contractor, your dream project is officially complete!
