Location: 6191 Balsam Street, Vancouver
Project: Full renovation of Vancouver Special house.
My scope of work included: a complete re-design of the entry, staircase, kitchen, and bathrooms, creating a four-piece Mstr bathroom, new flooring, selection of all finishes, and fixtures, and staging the house for sale. The project included also an exterior update, a new paint, new railings, and landscaping. Besides designing the space, I also was managing the project.
