Project: renovation of a residential house.
Scope of work: New flooring in designated areas, new paint throughout, and wall covering on focal walls, custom designed and made-in-Italy wall units for the Entry, Dining Room, Office, Family Room, and Master Bedroom. New, made-in-Italy cabinets for the Main and spice kitchen, Dekton countertops, and new kitchen plumbing. New light fixtures, and custom art for the Living room and Dining room.
New, made-in-Italy vanities for the Powder Room and Master Bathroom, Dekton countertops, new sink, faucet, and wallpaper matching the existing finishes.
Italian wardrobes and WIC in the Master suite and the bedrooms significantly improved the storage situation.
